Swing clamp - Operating manual

Swing clamp and will void the warranty. Never allow the Swing Clamp lever to 

contact the fixture or work piece during 

the swing stroke

  1. Ensure the clamp and work piece surfaces are flat and in line.
  2. Adjust levers and bolts so the contact surface  is close to parallel with the mounting flange.
  3. Keep the lever angle under 20 degrees to prevent deflection.

The lever contact surface should be within + - 2 degrees parallel to the body mounting flange or 90 degrees to the mounting flange face when clamping a work piece
