Our infrastructure is designed to support efficient operations and ensure the highest quality standards. Spanning across 15,000 square feet and a build-up area of 10,000 square feet, our facility consists of two main units:
Unit 1 – Corporate Office
This unit serves as our corporate headquarters, housing administrative offices, engineering teams, and customer support functions. It provides a conducive environment for collaboration, innovation, and customer interaction.
Unit 2 – Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is dedicated to the production of hydraulic equipment. This unit is equipped with advanced machinery and specialized areas for machining, assembly, and testing.
Our facility has a robust power supply, with a connected power capacity of 100HP. This ensures that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We have invested in state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, which play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. These machines combine advanced computer-controlled automation with precision engineering to produce high-quality hydraulic components. With multiple multitasking machines in our facility, we can efficiently handle multiple manufacturing processes simultaneously.
To ensure the performance and reliability of our hydraulic cylinders, we have dedicated cylinder testing machines. These machines are specifically designed to conduct thorough and precise tests on our cylinders, including pressure testing, leak detection, and functional assessments.
Officially launched hydraulic clamping elements, solidifying our position as a leading provider of clamping solutions in the market. The clamping elements were introduced to a wider customer base, backed by the Dynamic Hydraulics’ commitment to delivering top-quality products.
Launched our first clamping product in the market. Initially, the clamping elements were supplied to existing customers for feedback and further refinement. Based on emerging market demands, we imported Doosan turning centers and a multitasking machine, further enhancing manufacturing capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Conducted extensive research and development in the field of clamping technologies, focusing on innovation and improvement.
Acquired CNC milling machinery, enhancing the company's machining capabilities and precision manufacturing.
Established a new unit called Dynamic Automation, further diversifying the company's portfolio and expertise.
Purchased the company's first Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, marking a significant advancement in manufacturing capabilities.
Expanded operations to a new location at S. No. 527, Shiye - Bawada Rd, Opposite MIDC, MIDC, Shiroli, Maharashtra - 416122
Dynamic Hydraulics was established at 1281 Shreeram Nagar, Shiye Bavada Road, MIDC Shiroli, Kolhapur. Initially, we started manufacturing only hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic powerpacks.
